Spanish–English Interpreter
About the role
Belize Accounting and Financial Services is expanding and hiring full-time Spanish–English interpreters for its BPO account. This is a work-from-home role, and interviews are held weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, professional Spanish–English interpretation during live calls
- Deliver clear, polite and timely customer service
- Log accurate client data into CRM systems
Requirements
- C1 proficiency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use CRM software and softphone tools
- Must pass client-specific training and the ISA test
- Own equipment is required
