About the role

Maheias United is expanding its team and is looking for a motivated Technical Draftsman to support both office and site operations. Based at 3.5 Miles Philip Goldson Highway, Belize City.

Responsibilities

Prepare and revise technical and construction drawings
Conduct quantity and material takeoffs
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Assist in preparing and updating construction schedules
Conduct site visits and field measurements
Prepare as-built drawings and site documentation
Assist with project coordination and technical documentation

Requirements

Associate Degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Able to read and interpret construction drawings
Comfortable working in both office and site environments
