About the role

Benny's is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Belize City. The supervisor makes sure goods are properly checked, stored and distributed, keeps inventory records and paperwork accurate, and supervises warehouse staff and daily activities. The role works flexible hours, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

Make sure goods are properly distributed to customers, including checking goods before they are picked up or delivered
Check that all goods coming in and going out of the warehouse have proper paperwork and accurate inventory checks
Keep goods stored neatly, orderly and safely in the warehouse and outdoor storage areas
Keep track of damaged goods
Maintain records, report relevant information and prepare necessary documentation
Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity
Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities

Requirements

Associate's degree (minimum)
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and motivational skills
Fluent English
Computer literate
Willing to work flexible hours, Monday to Saturday
Team player, results-oriented, mature and responsible, and confident dealing with others

Preferred qualifications

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
