About the role

Talent Hub is hiring a Website Project Manager to lead website projects for a fast-growing marketing agency, from onboarding through launch. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping timelines, budgets and quality on track while coordinating closely with developers, designers and SEO specialists. This is a client-facing, deadline-driven role that needs strong project ownership and clear communication. The role is remote for Belize-based applicants, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. US Eastern time. Fixed hours are required because the role is client-facing. Preferred start date: October 12, 2026.

Responsibilities

Own website projects from onboarding through launch
Build and maintain project timelines
Serve as the primary client point of contact
Facilitate client approvals on design and navigation
Coordinate with developers, designers and SEO specialists
Run QA checks before launch
Manage workflows in Teamwork

Requirements

Fluent English
Senior level (5+ years' experience)
Skills in project coordination, task management, vendor coordination and process documentation
Teamwork and WordPress
Confident, professional client communication
Strong sense of urgency around deadlines
Highly organized across multiple simultaneous projects
Comfortable acting as a trusted advisor, not just a task tracker
