The World Bank Group works to reduce poverty and promote sustainable, inclusive development through financing, technical expertise, policy advice and knowledge sharing. In Belize it partners with the Government under the Country Partnership Framework, focusing on resilience to climate change and economic shocks, sustainable growth, public sector effectiveness and private sector development, with work across energy, agriculture, the blue economy, water, education and fiscal sustainability. Its Belize programme is managed by the Caribbean Country Management Unit in Kingston, Jamaica.
